Tokara and Fala (horse travel from WW to mende)

Suddenly a small animal lunges out of the bushes runs over towards the horse killer and starts yipping repeatedly. It then turns to the side and starts peeing on the dead horse killer. It appears to be a six month or so old beagle. It then runs over towards Tokara looking happy and sits right in front of him where it stops yipping and looks up at him.

Tokara guard kind of droped nwhen the puppy came out at his feet. He knneled down with a grunt and picked it up by the scuff of its neck to look at it better. “what in the bloody blazes of lunaras shadow is a puppy dog doing outside the city.” He was rather amused it pissed on the horse killer but the dog seemed fearless. He looked to the stranger and held the puppy up. “you ever seen a dog like this one before?” tokara wasn’t up todate on dog breeds as the only ones hes ever seen where war dogs.. not hound.

Remy watches the dog without much emotion. Until it peed on the horse killer that is. Seeing that Remy chuckles and watches as it runs over to Tokara. Tokara picks it up by the scruff of its neck. He then watches as Tokara walks over and asks about the dog. "Yeah I have seen dogs like that before, but it's not mine. It's a beagle. They use them as hunting dogs but they are not quite as good as other hunting dogs. They are generally too noisy, kind of slow, not the best sense of smell. They are pretty well rounded though.". Having finished he de-charged his card.

Hearing that it was a hound dog. Tokara set it down and started to play with it, rubbing its belly and decided he was gona keep it. “Oh let’s think of a name for you.” Tokara pondered his sword on the ground he was un ready for any attack but he didn’t care he had a puppy dog! Something he’s never had before. That and where it was a hound dog maybe it might pick up the scent of monsters sooner or might draw it too him if it barks a lot… “I gona keep it…. oh I gona name him crackers…” tokara was crackers for naming the dog crackers…

Remy looks at Tokara as he plays with the puppy. "Keeping the dog eh? Good choice mon ami. Not the best name, but good choice in keeping it." Remy puts his card away as he says this. Remy then goes back to talking. "Yeah, a puppy like that is a great chick magnet. You let them see it and see the puppy eyes and when they say, 'oh look at it, it's so cute' that's when you make your move." Remy says this as though he is talking from personal experience however he has never actually had a pet before.

Tokara has crackers rolling on his back from the belly scratching and tokara ponders with a chisier cat grin. “it’s a girl magnet well then crackers you and me are gona travel the town tonight.” Tokara would let out a hardy laugh that turned to grunting pain from the broken rib. “ahh shit the rib its defiantly going to need to be healed first.” Tokara raised his head back his teeth gritting with pain. “that bloody horst killers its head is gona be mine…. Wait now that I think about it.” tokara picked his sword up and put crackers in his bottoms bag and carackers just had his head and front paws poking out. As he went to the mare who got him here. The Kye-Ryong Skull off the mare. ‘sorry old girl but you show I need to learn much of this weapon.” Tokara looked at his sword as he tookt he skull off the frozen horse he dropped in pain trying to lift it. “ahh damn it…” the rib was more trouble than needed. Crackers would start yipping and scared its self with a loud bark. “what was that…”

Falabella had just gotten within range to hear the stranger's and Tokara's last comments.  With a groan she says, "Don't give him any ideas, it's hard enough keeping him in line."  She was secretly happy that nothing had happened while she was away, it seemed like he at least wasn't going to stab them in the back, which wiped away her initial fear she'd had.  She smiled at Remy, "What is your name?  I'm Falabella.  Thank you for helping us with this beast, it was very helpful, and unique.  How did you do that? with the cards..."

Fala looked at the puppy, it was cute... Tokara did have a secret soft spot for small cute things sometimes, she was evidence of that.

She unties the harnesses from her saddle horn and unmounts, leading the draft horses over to the dead Horse Killer's body.  "So... how do you wanna do this?"  Asking about how they are going to drag the body.

Suddenly a foul smell could be .... smelled ...   It was a smelly smell of something that smelled smelly.... really smelly.  I mean it is horrible almost indescribably smelly.   Suddenly you can hear what sounds like a loud fart.  Suddenly a bison like thing walks into view.  It is a Bonacon.  It scratches its hooves on the ground as a sign of aggression and then faces its but towards Remy.  It appears as though it is taking up a fighting stance.  As it does this it keeps watch on Falabella.

Before her questions can be answered, the most disgusting smell she'd ever encountered hit her like solid wave.  She was close to vomiting but managed to hold it in with force, scared and worried about what could have made such a smell.  Out of the woods came this creature.  She hadn't seen it before, but it was watching her intently as it acted aggressively.  It was obvious it was here to fight, but she wasn't sure how it would.  

Not one to wait for an attack from something looking for a fight, she charges her Wind Knockback as a precaution and grabs 4 Damaging Needles MM from her back straps of her corset, and hurls them at this new creature.

Remy was about to answer what Falabella had asked when he smells the bonacon. He watches as it comes out and shows agression facing it's rear towards Remy. Remy begins to back up and charges up a card. You can hear him talk under his breath a little, "Oh, hell no." Remy as a hunter had heard of these before and wanted nothing to do with it.

He watched as Falabella threw damaging needles at the bonacon. He then decided to answer Falabella even though they were in a fight. "The name's Remy Laroque cher. And my ability... well we'll talk about that later."

Tokara listened smelled the horrid scent it smelt worse than uncle fester was on a week-long bender. Tokara grabbed the rains from fala when the beast came to view. the odd oxen was nothing to him he tough as he walked himself to the horse killer. He moved his hand next to crackers who was yipping at the oxen. “SHUT UP CRACKERS!....” tokara yelled at him as he took out the coils of rope from his bottoms bacl he made sure to hold the rains tight as he worked through the pain of the rib. He tied the horse killers left and right front legs. He was ignoring the fight.

“fala do you have any more rope. Gona harness the horses up to the killer and start to town while you fight.” tokara had no idea what this shit smelling monster was but he had no interest in it. he had put the birds skull on one of the horses so he didn’t have to carry it. his sword was dragging because he froze it to on hip of his armored pants. He really needed a scabbard for this thing.

All four of Falabella's attacks hit accurately. The bonacon didn't seem very smart at all. As the needles hit the bonacon it rears up and then starts running back the way it came bellowing. All the way it left a trail of steaming and in some places flaming dung. The smell was absolutely terrible.

Pleased when all her Damaging Needles hit the target, her joy turned to shock as she watched the beast run away... with her needles still in it's body.  "Ahh!..." she started to say, but thought differently after questioning whether she'd even want them back after touching such a disgustingly smelly creature.  thinking about ways to prevent this from happening again, since there was no guarantee that her enemies wouldn't run away, she continued thinking.  Hearing Tokara's question, she came to an idea and a smile appeared on her face.  *That might work...*

She didn't think much about Tokara not joining the fight.  It showed he had faith in her... or was just lazy with being wounded and all... but she'd pretend it was the first option.  "Yea, I bought rope with metal coring, and speaking of which... The rope and horses weren't free ya know, you gonna pay be back some of this?  20k for the horses, 800 for the rope but more than that, I had to go near that crazy old man again!  That's worth more than the rope."  

Dismounting, she started to hand him the rope he'd asked for, but thought better.  "You hold the reigns, I'll wrap it up.  you're in no shape to be bending and moving around.  Just tell me where you want it bound."  She looks over at Remy, wondering how much she could ask... "Remy, would you mind helping me with that, I think even a limb on this thing would be too much for me to lift, and two people get the job done faster, I'd like to get outa the woods before something else comes along."  She gathers the rope in her arms, looking at the horse killers body and wonders where to start on something so heavy.

Remy again de-charges his card and puts it away. He was extrelmely thankful that the bonacon ran away. He then thinks for a second and decides to bring something up when he hears Falabella ask for help. He responds to Falabella's request "Yes, I'll help, though I'm not sure that the two of us together will be able to lift it well." Remy wasn't being lazy as he just wasn't overly strong. Perhaps they could use one of the horses and a rope to do what was needed to lift the limb of the horse killer.

He then makes the comment that he was going to earlier. "This may sound unsavory but if you had a vial or something to gather some of that.... excrement, it might be a good idea. It seems to be quite acidic and as though it would easily start a fire." He didn't know but it might be good as a type of weapon.

Tokara limped over to fala bella with the las two horses and grabed the rope from her. he winces with mpain but wasn’t stopping. “remmy…. Remy that names sounds fermiler.” Tokara let out a grunt of pain and winced holding his rib where tit was broken. He stoped breathing heavly. He lashed the ropes on to the rains of the last two horses. He made sure to secure it to the legs to drag this things body. he lifted one leg to tile the rope and there wasa loud painful yell from him as he did the work faster then he should. He went back to the other horse with the other coils and reinforces those ropes. “Ok you two keep an eye out for anything… we can’t stay out here much longer.” tokara started to limp and grab the rains of the horse and went YAhh.. tokara whip the horse with their rains to get them going the ropes of the horses would pull tight and crackers would start barking. Tokara was in a rather hurry to push his body so far. “no broken bones gona stop me from getting to town.” He was a stubborn person he was showing it by not following falabellas suggestion.

(tokara takes 4 points times 4 for lifting and struggling with broken bone 163-16=147. Also gona say crackers barking would make encounters a +1 chance. it will take us 2 posts to get to town the next two posts.)
