Turning the corning after grumbling and seeing nothing but rock. “grrr damn mine is empty.” turning the corner he then see crackers floating. “the hell dog...damn... you are a hound dog..” tokara sees  nothing but grade a asssss.......  grabbing crackers up he then sets his bag down and stand next to the girl leaning on the wall. “hay there pretty lady how you doin.” he raises his eyebrows at her grinning. Crackers how ever just face paws at the this moment... for even this was sad.... having said that tokara then swings his pickax at the wall next to her no use in wasting idle time.

Alexi had gone back to mining and was not paying attention when Tokara came around the corner and picked up his floating dog. She mined into a couple of pounds of iron ore and put the iron into the keep pile. She now had more than she could carry. That's when she sees Tokara come over and talk about the dog. Then he hits on her but she is oblivious to it and smiles when she sees him. Hey, you're that Tokara guy aren't you!? If your group agrees to it I'm gonna join as a healer. She says. If you want you can have a pound of that Iron I just mined. I have more than I can carry right now and you could have the excess.

Hearing what she said he grins even more “sure I take the iron or coal you don’t want. And you can heal me any day.” he say as he begins to mine more. Crackers was just wining in pity for tokaras sad attempts of pickup lines. Even puppys had there limits for sad pickup lines. Tokara would continue to mine next to the girl. He didn't relies she was ignoring his advances.

Alexi continued mining and said to Tokara, Sounds good. That sounds like you'd approve me being in the group. She then goes back to mining and gets into even more iron. As she mines the two pounds of iron she puts it over near Tokara along with a pound from her original keep pile. She then says to Tokara, If I get more gems than I already have can I use your horse to carry a couple. I need to sell the gems and get 10k so I can start doing some enchanting.

(I'm going off from what we had discussed where you could keep on mining so long as when someone says something to you you respond)

Alexi continues mining after having had said that. She is still oblivious to his advances and doesn't understand the meaning behind them aside from their face value. To her it sounded as though he was saying that she could heal him anytime as a way to encourage her about joining the team. At this point it seemed to her that if the other member of the group was ok with it she would be able to join them. If nothing else she might be able to learn a little bit of a work ethic from them.

Alexi continues mining. After having been through some rock she continues on hoping to run back into some other useful material soon. Her hopes rise more when she sees some more iron. She mines it out and there is about two pounds of it there. She gives that to Tokara as well. Tokara has now gotten 5 pounds of iron from Alexi who is happy that it will go to someone who can make use of it. She continues mining still and is hoping for some more iron or some sapphires.

Having mined the iron ore and continuing mining Alexi mined into some regular rock again which was a common theme here. Mining through it was pretty easy for her now and it took less effort as she had picked up some techniques from mining earlier. She was starting to learn what was more effective on what kind of rock and when to apply which motions and techniques. She was really happy with the progress that she had made today and hoped that she would continue progressing at the same rate that she had been.

Mining through the rock she continues on at a fast pace. As she mines through the rock she comes to, yep, more rock. This rock is a paler shade of grey than the other rocks though and it is a kind she hadn't mined through yet. The techniques that she had picked up to this point didn't seem to make this go any faster like they did on the other rocks. It was a little frustrating but not enough to make her want to give up or anything.

As Alexi continued mining through this unique rock she eventually ended up back mining the regular rock again. This didn't last very long though as she mined through into another large vein of coal. As she mines it out pound by pound she places it near Tokara. By the time she has mined out all of the coal from this vein and placed it by Tokara there was 20 pounds of it. There were now 20 pounds of coal and 5 pounds of iron that Alexi had given Tokara. Even after mining all of the coal she goes right back to mining again.

After having mined out all of that coal she figured that it would be a long while before she found more coal again but she was mistaken. She almost immediately struck another vein of coal. She mines all of the coal out of this vein as well and sets it near the ever growing pile of material near Tokara. He now had 5 pounds of iron and 30 pounds of coal from Alexi's mining. Alexi takes a very short break and then goes right back to mining again.

Alexi continues mining through the rock and right now feels as though she would probably get more coal but to her pleasure what she ends up mining into is more iron. She mines out the iron and there is about two pounds worth that she had there. She puts that to Tokara's pile as well and hopes that he can make good use of it. She then sees a green glint. She waves over to a Dwarf to come and mine it out and they do so with amazing skill. They thank her and leave. Alexi then goes back to mining.

Alexi continues to mine through all of the rock and is in another section of that lighter rock again. This time however she tries a developed technique to go through it faster and is successful at making faster work of it this time than she had been the last time that she had run into it. It felt good to know that she was learning new techniques to make this all happen faster. She continues mining and is still hoping for more sapphires though she is unsure of how long it would take to get to them.
