Level 10
You hum, noticing music all around you.

Level 15
Mimicking the birds in the trees, you are a whistling master now. You start to write some music, words only, they aren’t that good, but you’ll keep working on that. You can apply magic to your voice. Pick an instrument, it can be your voice as well as an instrument.

Level 20
Busking produces 5 gold per song… from people who feel a little sorry for you (Max of 1 at a time, no one wants to hear more than that). You can play basic cords and music, but you won’t make much money busking on the street… you’re not that good. You can apply magic to your instrument.

Level 25
Busking produces 10 gold per song (Max of 2 at a time). Your skill is improving, singing at the campfires at least your friends will listen to you and not tell you to shut up anymore. Now you can play more than Twinkle Twinkle at least…

Level 30
Busking produces 15 gold per song (Max of 3 at a time) – you’re still not that good… but decent… like an American Idol auditioner that almost made it on the show but wasn’t chosen. Can add another instrument of the same family (wind, string, etc.) to your inventory. Your songs are getting more meaningful, not just silly songs a child could write.

Level 35
Busking produces 20 gold per song (Max of 4 at a time). When using an instrument, you gain 3 points of Agility for 3 posts, Wow you have nimble fingers! When singing or using a voice ability/spell you gain 3 points of Stamina for 3 posts, takes a lot control to use your energy well with your very breath. More complex songs are coming to you, still basic enough, but more interesting.

Level 40
Busking produces 25 gold per song (Max of 4 at a time). You can read and write instrumental music, not just play by ear.

Level 50
Busking produces 30 gold per song (Max of 4 at a time). People like your music. It’s like you are a musician that is good but not yet discovered, talented just waiting for your big break. More complex Spells and Abilities are now workable.

Level 60
Busking produces 35 gold per song (Max of 4 at a time). When using an instrument, you gain 5 points of Agility for 3 posts, Wow you have nimble fingers! When singing or using a voice ability/spell you gain 5 points of Stamina for 3 posts, takes a lot of control to use your energy well with your very breath.

Level 70
Busking produces 40 gold per song (Max of 4 at a time). You can pick up another instrument from a different family (wind, string, etc.) Learning it comes faster, but it may never be as beautiful sounding as your first choice.

Level 80
Busking produces 45 gold per song (Max of 4 at a time). Your ability with your instrument is so good, that if you needed two hands before, now you only need one. (picture using a flute or harp… haven’t figured out violin or guitar types where you have to hold the strings and pluck them at a different location…)

Level 90
Busking produces 50 gold per song (Max of 4 at a time). Your lyrics have much depth and meaning to them, your songs are highly sought after. Any spells or abilities with your voice or instrument take 1/3 less stamina.

Level 100
Busking produces 60 gold per song (Max of 4 at a time). When using an instrument, you gain 10 points of Agility for 4 posts, Wow you have nimble fingers! When singing or using a voice ability/spell you gain 10 points of Stamina for 4 posts, takes a lot of control to use your energy well with your very breath. Kings and Rulers want you to play or sing for them. Your music is some of the best of the era, comparable only to other level 100 Bard Masters
