Buying Land to Rebuild

Sidney walks into the Keeper of Records office and looks around to find a clerk. When he does he walks over to them. "Hello, I'd like to buy about 10 acres of land in the area that used to be known as Hopenheim. Preferably near where the stream enters the lake." says Sidney having a specific area in mind. The lake could be dangerous if people prodded around it too much, but if people just used it for swimming they should be fine. Any fishing though should be done from the stream as he remembered as a kid. It had seemed as though the lake had a guardian that protected the fish within the lake.

The clerk looks up at him. "I assume you know what happened there if you are being so specific. That is Type F land sir, so 10 acres would be 50,000g." The clerk prepares some paperwork and then finds some maps of the land and prepares them as well. "In the commercial district there is a good construction company that will be happy to clear the land for you once you inspect it."

Sidney hands the clerk the 50,000g and then signs any paperwork that she had needed him to sign. He takes the maps of the land which would be important to mark out his land. He then leaves heading for the Commercial district. Sidney was a little worried. This would prove to be a dangerous venture and he wasn't sure he was prepared for it. Hopefully the weapon he had found would be as damaging as it looked as it might be. As Sidney continues along he finally sees his destination.
