Post duration: Instant use as it is just throwing a random object.

Range: For cards it is 220 feet and up to 95 miles per hour

Description: It is the ability to throw random objects masterfully as though they were meant to be thrown in the first place. The true specialty is to throw objects really fast, really far, and really accurately.
