Description: This basically allows the user to buff their statistics (5 primaries), Health, Stamina, Magic, Strength and Agility by 2% of their maximum capacity, equaling a 10% buff. In Saori's case, her statistics would go from:

Health: 14
Stamina: 7
Magic: 14
Strength: 8
Agility: 13

And be increased by 0.2% through this equation # x 0.2 = Outcome rounded to nearest one.

Stamina: 8
Magic: 17
Strength: 10
Agility: 16
