Who: Several individuals
What: An Organization that handles bounties that were posted outside of the limits of the law.
Where: Blood Bay in Humus, A hidden location in Igneus, A hidden location in Lymphae, a Hidden location in Atrum and two more hidden locations.
Why: Where there is illegal activity there is money and a need for a safe haven. The Assassin's guild provides a support system for the Assassins and provides them with bounties across the world. Of course these bounties all have posting fees which is how the guild prospers.
